Thank you for nice review and we are really sorry about double booking but your villa is ready next day. We upgrade you into better villa for more expensive one day only.We understand you are upset with but we try our best to upgrade you and to make you are happy. I wish we could talk more and do something to make you are happy, but it seem to be very difficult and we do not want to you get upset . You canceled the booking but you worry if we not return your money. I am super Host and I got it through long process and must handle correctly my guest, we will not take your money. I know you do not like our location and we understand it well, that is the main reason booking is canceled. Our priority is to make our guest happy and we always try our best. We hope you could make honest comment in the future
